while you are working him,
you shouldn't be calling him unless you know his call right?
But once you know it. make sure everyone else knows it too by saying it
a few times wasting his time, and making his pile up worse because now
everyone knows his call.

A really simple AND would be very effective thing to do, and if you are a
S&P er, it would not slow you down one bit really.
When you run into one of these never ID guys, make sure you send his call
when you work him during the exchange, if he won't every now and then say
his call, well then have EVERYONE say his call for him, this would surely
slow him down or change his ways.
There were few I heard all weekend, on several bands too, at least a
hundred times I heard them, but never worked them, Probably wasted 30
minutes total waiting for their call. just this one station.

Big gun Runners never tune around, so IF I did not come to them, they
would have many more empty CQs than even today. In fact, no contacts at

one who sticks with your CQs only to realize that you are working on a

Run because people call me at 30 or 40WPM, which is true. I have all
the DX I need, so I do not need your entity, Mr. Runner. The answer
is I work 40 or 50 of you big gun Runners, get enuf of it, and go to the
Internet instead.
Your loss, Mr. Runner.
So, A PROPOSAL: All hams, do not S&P; if you can not Run, just go to
a WARC band for fun, but listen some time to the contest bands full of
empty CQs and smile.
