I just spoke to the sales and catering office at the Crowne. The woman
there explained that their computer system will not expect reservations
more than 50 weeks in advance, so they plan in about 3 weeks to enter
all the paper reservation requests they got and send each of us a
confirmation number. I think I'll play safe and get into whatever
pileup K3LR announces, because I can always cancel one or the other.
