I agree with Mike this was a blast.

I also agree, Maybe a little earlier in the day? 40 Meters at 00:00Z is already long here, Was already hearing CA and everywhere else at that time. And close in were weak and few. I suppose I could have started on 80? but doubt many Q's would be there at the start.

CW is my preferred mode for my small stn, however I still do all three
(cw/rtty/ssb).

That being said, even running just ~400w and a lowly HF9V vertical I got my
best (any mode) SPRINT score, EVER !

That, and I really had a lot of fun to boot. Activity was way up and every
Nth QSO I didn't have to explain where I was. (icing on the cake)

Just wanted to thank the organizers publicly once again for hearing us all
that got to play for their own section.

I heard and worked lots of them I wouldn't have otherwise heard or worked
in a SPRINT. (VO1, VO2, VE1, VY2, VE9, KH6, DC!!! etc.)

Shame it wasn't 2-3 hours earlier in the day, but hey, we can't have it all
now can we? (hee hee)

Lots of hellos, comments about my section, familiar calls, laughs and some
gentle jabs. All in good fun and K5ZD had me in stitches.

Was great to work many guys on 2-3 bands.

Are other contest organizers listening?

SPRINT ! SPRINT !
