Interesting suggestion from KC1F - that there is something different
about WRTC entries.
What do WRTC participants have to log? Cabrillo has no provision
to log more than a completed QSO, showing band, date, time, mode,
your call, the report you sent, the exchange you sent, the call of the
station worked, the report he sent, the exchange he sent & a station
ID (part of the template, but supposedly only for multi-two category -
a category of type non-existent in IARU).
With Cabrillo, there is no need to mark multipliers, QSO points,
on/off times or even partial QSOs.
So what is it that WRTC participants are having to log that requires
something other than bog-standard Cabrillo & potentially force
participants to have to use a logging program that one may have no
familiarity with? Has the WRTC Sanctioning Committee sanctioned
all this?
