Hello Yuri!

Last year during the ARRL DX CW contest we worked a station that sent "TR1"
for his power. Andy, N2NT was the operator. He confirmed and logged what he
heard, TR1. 

This QSO was not flagged as having a bad exchange during the log checking
process.

I worked a guy who was using "500 mW" which is a half of a watt.
How should I log it? N1MM Logger does not accept "0.5" or ".5" as a number.
