No one said anything about blacklisting anyone.  I am proud of my UBNs 
numbers, at least on SSB, and I work hard to keep the rate as close to zero as 
possible....fat chance, right!

Recently I got back my UBN report for the CQWWCW and it was no where near as 
good as my SSB ones usually are.  No surprise there, since I am not as 
proficient on CW.

Don't publish UBNs?......Why?  If you are ashamed of your UBN's, then do what 
I do, ask for a repeat of the report and/or call.  Yup, it slows me down, but 
when the penalty is a big fat one, I sure as hell am not going to do much 
guessing and the UBN reports confirm that. 

My guess on this one is that the guys who usually are up in the top ten feel 
pretty much the same way I do.  What say?
