Only if you don't know how to handle it. we have all heard the really good
pileup operators who know what to do when the pileup gets deep, they have no
problem with the short packet pileups... then we have heard the ops who just
can't handle a pileup, either from packet or just because they are popular,
they will be driven off one way or another.
