Yes, good point. But I was trying to underscore another aspect of
this.
You have to know what the rules are. Your example should need no
explanation. Athough we assume that most folks understand what we mean by
personal integrity. It amazes me that there are college courses on ethics.
;-). Aside from that there are a number of subtle and sometimes
unwritten rules of contesting that folks are just not aware of. For me this
list is an opportunity to learn.
Greens fees are expensive learning opportunities. ;-)
