Contest for the 30th edition of the Hamfest du Quebec, Club
Radioamateur Sorel-Tracy VE2CBS inc.
For the 30th edition of the Hamfest du Quebec, the club organize an on
the air contest from may 1st to may 30th 2012. This contest is for all
radioamateurs and all participants submitting a log will receive a
certificate.
Dates : from may 1st 2012 0000Z, to may 30th 2012 2400Z
Modes : CW, phone (AM, FM, SSB), digital (RTTY, PSK, DSTAR etc.)
Bands : All bands, 1.8 through 28 MHz, WARC bands excluded (30m, 17m, 12m)
Contacts : One QSO per bands and mode. (QSO WITH VE9xxx on 10m ssb +
VE9xxx 10m cw + VE9xxx digital = 3 QSO)
Exchange : For members : first name, member club number (VE2CBS club)
( 00 for the official club callsign)
Non-members : First name
Multipliers : once per band (member club number [VE2CBS])
Points : VE2CBS or special callsign VC2CBS30: 20 points
Member : 10 points (with member club number VE2CBS)
Non-member : 5 points
Bonus points : +100 points to a club member (VE2CBS) who submitting a log
Certificates sent to participants :
a) Highest score, club member VE2CBS
b) Highest score, non-member
c) 2nd Highest score, member or non-member
d) Certificates will be issued to all participating stations.
Notes : Direct unassisted contacts only are permitted, no repeater.
Contacts from member to member and member to non-member only.
RAC band plan, phone and CW sub-bands must be respected
Results Submission:
Information needed: Date, time (UTC), band, mode, station worked,
exchange sent, exchange received
Log submission : text log or Cabrillo-formatted log, by e-mail
to:ve2cbs@raqi.ca or by mail, by June 30, 2012
For non-members 5$ fee needed to send you certificate.
