Fast talking...

I'm 50. W: 75kg; H: 1,78m.
DX Contesting from 1988, CW, SSB, RTTY.
Using car to work, 1 hour total. Seated on the
job for 8 hours, no stop.
Minor problems of arrhythmia, eyes becoming
tired, poor posture, and nothing else. Yes, I am
missing my 25 years old good time...

Swimming 1,0km 3 nights/week.
Running 4,0km 3 mornings/week.
Bike 9km/week.

A lot of people tell me that I could use that time
to do any other thing with more pleasure.... Well,
choice is choice, right?

I began this routine 12 years ago, and can't leave
without it anymore. And I am sure that help me
to be better doing contests (and other thins too!),
even being an 'average' competitor.

Oh, yeap - don't forget one glass of red wine every
night.

thanks for reading, sorry about "almost-off-topic".

See you next weekend...
