When I received the ARRL CW results, I was surprised!
I have not found my score. I was sure to have sent the
log...
After checking my mailbox, I realized that I had failed !!
I apologize to all Ham Radio Operators. I apologize to
the entire community and to ARRL.
This is the second or third time in twenty years that I
make this mistake. I am so sorry.
