There are many possible flaws with these.

Some times it happens so making the wires has gone unshielded and
straight wires.
Then just twisting the cables together may fix the EMI problems.

Not making a twisted pair, but a twisted bunch.
Remember to twist the bunch into one direction only; not a
bi-directional bunch as it will be as good as a bunch of straight
wires.

After that, you take smap-ons, wire cutters or capacitors for the
problem solving.
