In 1997 and 1999, hams donated radios and other gear to the one active ham,
9N1AA, Satish. Included was a Force 12 yagi and I took in a FL-2100B. I
hear by internet that Satish and 9N1HA, Surish, are both active on the air
with emergency traffic, so likely some of that donated gear is working even
now to help people.
You never know where your generosity will emerge as crucial, so thanks to
all who donated back then.
I am not able to put this on the DX reflectors, so a relay to there would
be appreciated.
Please keep off 14.205-14.210 which is their emergency frequency area.
