[CQ-Contest] Not in LOTW, where are they?

I just reviewed my log against LOTW and found 43 callsigns in entities I
need but not confirmed in LOTW.

I just broke 300 with 304 claimed and sure would like an LOTW confirmation
on those missing 43.... to take me up there.

That sounds like a high number of no-shows;  is it or what is the situation?
