Well, emails may not make the application (not only the server(s)) work
faster, but maybe the ARRL will end up realizing that they need to move the
LoTW to a big data solution. 461 Million records is a very small number in
nowadays data world.
On top of my head there is at least one name that can help the ARRL achieve
what they need. He's a contester, a member of the ARRL and a LoTW user. His
company delivers big data solutions in a world wide basis.
I believe the league needs to contact him.
