It looks like Pete did some importing and reformatting to create the PDF
file.

A plain text version of this same data is now also available here:

This redirects to a text file.  Open the file with a web browser or with
Wordpad, but not with Notepad For best results, view the file with a fixed
pitch font such as Courier.
