Everyone on this reflector was warned, in spades, about the conflict
on 7030-7040. That area is RTTY in the Region 1 and Region 3 IARU
bandplans. When a domestic CW and international RTTY contest are
scheduled on the same weekend conflict is unavoidable.
Since the Region 1 and Region 3 allocations are much more restrictive
that Region 2, the domestic CW contest should find other suggested
frequencies. 7040-7065 or 7010-7035 are two reasonable areas ...
