[CQ-Contest] Seeking Input for Updated Skimmer Pattern File

Before we get deep into the fall contest season, I'd like to update the 
patt3ch.lst file that the RBN-ops and other Skimmer users need.  This 
decision was prompted by the announcement of the new Australian contest 
call structure, but I might as well capture any other new patterns that 
have come out since May.  Please send the info to me direct, not on the 
reflector.
