/Reading That :/*/ /**/"Multiple In-Band CQing/*: Recognizing that amateur bands are generally full during contests, maintaining two or more frequencies to solicit contacts on the same band and mode is prohibited.". So, the guy on 7210kHz calling CQ "listening this frequency and 7090 " is actually soliciting contacts on two frequencies and in a way maintaining two frequencies.
