Tnx Joe and Ed for your replies.
Here are the relevant commands that I am using:
In the config.sys file on the C:\ root directory:
DEVICE=C:\DOS\RAMDRIVE.SYS 1024 512 128/E
In the Autoexec.bat file on the C:\ root directory:
C:\DOS\SMARTDRV.EXE 128
In the ldycttsr.bat file (used to load the TSR'S) in the C:\CT9 subdirectory
where I run CT:
Set CTPATH=C:\CT9
Set DVPPATH=D:\
NOW.... here is what happens...
When I put a call (for example G3FXB) in the callfield in CT, and I press
F5, I hear George 3 Fox Xray Baker.
GREAT! When I press F2 (not F3) I hear 59 Connecticut. GREAT!
BUT, when I press INSERT (supposed to be F5 + F2) I hear:
George 3 Fox Xray Baker 3Alpha 3Alpha 3 59 Connecticut.
I tried using Opon and opoff and re-recording the letters/numbers but it
made NO difference. I wonder if somehow the INSERT key got mapped wrong?
What are the commands necessary to REMAP the insert key in CT so that it
ONLY is F5 + F2? This is a DOS ONLY computer.
Any other ideas to fix this?
73 and tnx for your help!
