Two possible solutions.
It could be off the screen. Start CT with the -RESET switch to see
if it appears.
If it doesn't, look in the CT directory for a KEYDEF.INI file. If
you find one, rename it and restart CT. KEYDEF.INI is the file that
is used to store the key reassignments.
