[ct-user] Resolving the multiplier

WH0AAM/N was on the 10M contest this weekend.  Even though you entered "OR"
(Oregon) as his section, CT insists on scoring it as "KH0".  Apparently it is
blindly parsing the callsign and not paying attention to the exchange sent to
resolve the multiplier.

Also, I think "/N" on CW would be an 8 point contact, but CT only scored it as 4
points.
