    * GB0TI is Scotland, GM
    * GB4SDD is Wales, GW
    * N4OGW is in ITU zone 8
    * N7NG is in CQ zone 4, ITU zone 6
    * LU1XWC/E, LU6EU/D, LU8XW/XD and LU9ESD/F are all Argentina, LU
    * YU8 is Kosova (WAEDC country, used only in CQWW contests). Only
      YU8/OH2R and YU8/HB4FG count for this.
    * ZM80WB is New Zealand, ZL

I'm trying to determine which file MixW uses, and what are the
installation instructions,  If you know, please let me know!
