Dave,
if you can receive email, you can receive ftp files from any site using one
of the email servers.
For details, send a message with HELP in the body to:
ftpmail@decwrl.dec.com
Thought this might interest you.
BTW, I think your message might have been more properly sent directly to
the recipient so that the entire list didn't have to see it. I am sure you
will hear from that bunch who have to pay for every message they receive.
