[ct-user] screen Colors

Hello folks!

I would like to know if its possible to configure ct's screen layout in
different color ie, zone window in one color and rate window in another.

How to edit cthlp.txt file to convert it to ct.hlp so that it works with
the programme ?
it doesn't work with me.
