[ct-user] CT 9.46 Merge Problem

I had two logs from T32, one before and after CQWW CW and one
for CQWW.  I merged the two into one log using merge.exe.  There where no
17 meter contacts in either log,  However the merged log showed over a
1,000 17 meter contacts.  Also many other band errors were noted.. Wonder
if anyone else has had this problem..
