Yuri, CT_TIME is only a band-aid.
Ken changed the time format in CT in 9.34. There was a corresponding update to
B2R9.EXE but not everyone downloaded it. That update addresses the time
problem, and is backward compatible with CT 9.33 and earlier. This is the
correct LONG TERM solution.
