[ct-user] Version 8 and 9 networking?

Question 1:  Can CT version 9 be networked with CT version 8?

Queston 2:  I am a registered User of CT9.  Is it possible to get a copy 
of version 8 off the BBS for use on a 2nd station that only has a 286?  
Or would I need to buy version 8?
