In reality, all you care about is submitting the Cabrillo log. Just edit the
N9REP.txt file with a text editor and do the global replace there.
If you really want to fix the .bin file, try this. Create a brand new file
with the correct information. Then merge the original file into the new one.
Chances are that it will work. But then again, it might not.
