[ct-user] CT-Win and AT&T

I have a problem with CT-Win 10.03 - when using Alt-F2 to band up, I get a 
popup window "AT&T Smart Bridge Warning"  and the message is "Move Insight 
is not running".  Apparently my AT&T DSL client has priority on the two 
alt-F1 and F2 keys, so I can't change bands.  Anyone else have this problem?
