[ct-user] 9.47 beta and networking

Hi Ken,

Tried to network 6 pc's tonight using 9.46 beta.  (4 486's, 2 386's, all 
running DOS 6.22, using serial ports.)

No communications with this version.  

Switched to 9.27 and all worked perfectly.  If no quick fix, I'll be setting 
the dates to 1999 for the upcoming VHF contest and then have to edit the year.
