CT9/2 RADIO SUPPORT

The two-rig stuff doesn't seem to be there as yet.  There is a switch (-FO) that
changes the behavior when you are CQing and type something into the callsign
field (it normally stops the CQ, the -FO switch makes you stop CQ with an ESC
or F4 or something like that).

I know Ken plans more before October.  I don't know what it will look like,
though.
