Operator error!

It appears (blush) that I should have Read The Manual before complaining that
the packetcluster "mults needed" list was being populated by entries for
stations that I'd already worked.  There are new options with CT9 that are
trying to alert me to the fact that a station spotted was a needed mult ON A
DIFFERENT BAND.  Had I read the manual, I would have been able to alter the
behavior of the window to what I expected; only mults on the band I was on.

I missed all those opportunities!  Maybe I could have moved 9G5TL and ZD8Z to
10 or 80 for another mult!

Sorry for the spurious bug report, and thanks for the guy who tipped me off,
I'm afraid I remember the content but forget the call.

The part of my bug report relating to some band map entries sometimes appearing
in white when they should have been black is, I think, still a bug.
