[ct-user] Problem upgrading to 9.67

I have been using CT 9.10 and just downloaded 9.67 and unzipped it into 
the CT folder. When I try to start by typing "CT" as before the computer 
either hangs or reboots. Reinstalling the older version of CT.EXE works 
fine. Is this a Windows version or am I doing something wrong?
