While I don't want to support aimless bitching, I do think that a certain
level of criticism for Karlnet is both warranted, and constructive, in that
it gives them feedback on their products and business policies. I support
anyone who wishes to post with those objectives. I do believe that Karlnet
is trying to change for the better. I sincerely hope they are successful.
