Ok, you may remember me and my router questions to the list a few weeks back
and I would like to get a consensus about my network plan. I am about to go
live with my first tower and I wanted to double check some things. I am
planning to rout my network and my clients. I am going to setup my base station
with a public address so I can remote administrate, then I am going to use
172.16.x.x for my internal network and my clients will have 10.10.x.x or
something. The rg-1000's will have a 172.16.x.x address on the wireless side
and 10.10.x.x on the Ethernet side. I hope to create my network so I can see
and admin my client equipment and base station wile letting my users do what
they want with the 10.10.x.x address, like network a few home computers without
user ip's stepping on each other. So my question is do I have a sound plan or
should I just bridge and not mess with all the setup? I would like to know some
of the pitfalls from everyone that has been doing this awhile.
