Hello all,

Pretty basic question here, is the 10% threshold referring to a
percentage of the total *bytes* shown in In octets, OR is it the sum
total of *packets* shown In unicast and In non-unicast?

The KN knowledgebase kind of mentions both, see the following quotes
that mention packets and bytes...

"FCS errors are acceptable if they are no more than 10% of the in
(unicast and non-unicast) packets."

"If the 'In FCS errors' is greater than 10% of the total bytes this may
be an indication of signal and/or hardware problems."

I know this is pretty dang basic, but which is it?
