Since your firewall is NOT registering that much data, I am wondering if he
is gaming with another wireless customer?

I think you should call tech support and see if they can find out WHY there
is a discrepancy between your firewall data and what the remote stats are
showing you.

No, I can't say they are having performance issues but the user has not
received even close to that many bytes out of the firewall.  I'm not super
alarmed but just trying to get a hold of what these values mean in relation
to everything else.  The site has GREAT signal and little noise...that is
why I was so surprised at the FCS count.
