[Karlnet] KarlBridge lockups

Hey folks,

KarlBridge.  Used to be on 4.02 and worked flawlessly.  Now, put it on 4.31
and when it reboots, every other light on the Throughput comes on and hangs.
You need to pull the power plug and do a hard reboot to get it to come up.
When you do that, it works fine until you go to reboot it, you'd better be
there.
