This is NORMAL behavior!

The two units "see" each other because the access list reports ALL RF data
it can find.

However, the two satellites CANNOT pass traffic directly to each other!

I think I've seen this too, Dan.  As long as the two can "see" each other,
even though they are set up as satellites (although, it seems that one could
be set as a base station for a PtP mode), they will show up in each others
TC list.
