Subject: [Karlnet] Taking Preorders for New Low Cost KarlNet (sub $150
CPE)
Karlnet has begun beginning release of a driver for a LOW COST CPE device.
For the initial runs of this release, we will be adding our software to
commercially available hardware. There is a major difference with this
product line though, in that you cannot download licenses from the
"license-it" website to flash the units. However, due to engineering
issues, KarlNet needs to preflash these units.
Currently, we are accepting preorders for the CPEs...which consist of
1. 1 Ethernet CPE device (Wet11 clone - Hawking Board)
see
http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php?masterid=655065&zip_code=6061
5&ut=41d3b70b597354ab
2. KarlNet CPE license (labor to load included)
3. 24" Pigtail Adaptor (to N-Male)
A FEW WORDS OF CAUTION: Due to the limitations of the processor, the
software we are loading on these units allow you to talk to a TurboCell
network and bridge 5 users to the internet. There is no NAT, DHCP or other
advanced features available.
Cost:
Q1-9: $174
Q10-49: $164
Q50-99: $154
Q100+: $149
