[na-user] NA observations

I second the motion for a "half-space".  I would also appreciate having an 
option so that when we are in the NOWORKDUPE mode, searching & pouncing, and 
have a previously worked callsign in the window that NA would not send my 
callsign when I hit F4.  73's, Dick-K9OM   P.S.  I also really appreciate 
10.43!
