The official RAC abbreviations were given in
http://www.arrl.org/contests/sections.abv.html and Northwest
Territories/Yukon is shown as NWT. Thus your program is correct. I also
worked VY1JA with his YT as section which is incorrect on his part per the
official list from ARRL.
