[na-user] Kids Day Template

I tried to make a template for the Kids Day contest that had two fields. One
for the callsign and the rest for exchange. Is there a way to set the number
of fields and their width from within the template editor?

Any suggestions? Details are in Jan 1999 QST page 46.
