I think this is caused by NA running out of conventional memory. I believe
if you give NA the MEMORY command, it will show you a couple of memory size
parameters. If one of them is zero, the program probably isn't getting
enough conventional memory. Try removing TSRs, loading drivers into high
memory, etc, until you obtain the maximum possible conventional memory
before running NA. On some versions, closing the CALLDATABASE helps.
