[na-user] Two Radios

Do you have [ ] Two Radios selected and do you have both the radios
selected from that point?  I always get mixed up with the setup
program in this area and with the packet stuff.  I can have the TNC
selected but if I have it setup for Remote, it wont work.  Obviously.
But it is sometimes difficult to see at first.
