[NA-User] Country.dat problems

Hi NA-users,

I used NA (my favorite contest program) in CQWWCW this weekend.  I downloaded 
the latest country.dat file this past week.  The following Callsigns were 
woked and entered into NA but no credit was given for the respective Country.
Any idea why not?

Callsigns: 
-TO4A, Martinique.
-KV4FZ, Virgin Islands.
-4U1VIC, Vienna, Austria.
