[na-user] Using a W9XT Card with Keyer Paddle Inputs

Jeff, K8ND recently posted a message about how to use a W9XT card with the 
paddle keying feature of NA.  The W9XT card was designed before paddle inputs 
became popular, so it is not included.  However, these are not hard to add.  
Gar, W9XT has passed that information along to me, so I'll format it into next 
month's DATOM Tech Notes.  Look for it soon.
