[na-user] NA EXE renaming follow up

Per Dave's suggestion I tried having a version of NA.exe reside in the
same directory as NA1017.EXE and NA1031.EXE. Both versions seem to work
fine now!
Tnx W4AN for a good idea and K8CC for the 'fine tuning'.

Now to get ready for NAQP !
