[na-user] OQP question-mobile dupes

I know this came up last year but don't remember how to resolve it. I
work K8XXX/m in Erie County and then wrk him in Cuya-both cw same band.
Na gives me a Dupe. Mkes sense, but now after the contest how do I fix
this to get QSO credit. The rules state that you get QSO and Mult credit
from mobiles in different counties.
